I have small hard white lumps in the skin on my chest. I think they hard spots and when i try to squeeze them the middle goes back in and i struggle to get them out if i can at all.
You either have what are called epidermoid cysts or you have a skin condition called steatocystoma multiplex. Both of these type of skin lesions are benign but the only way to remove them is surgical excision. Since I cannot see your skin to make a diagnosis, I recomment you vist your local dermatologist for the correct diagnosis and treatment.
