small bumps in stomach, what are they ?

went for blood test and endoscopy. doctor found 3 small bumps in stomach. previous have history of pneumonia and gastric but have recovered long ago.. doctor prescript Clarithromycin, Omeprazole, Amoxicillin to patient. patient does not feel pain anymore after taking medications.. may i know, how cancer patient look like. are they always bedridden ? will they always feel weak ?

but patient dont have this kind of symptoms like vomiting after meals. stomach ache for twice in february or march. no frequent pain. has history of pneumonia on february or march ? patient eats a lot too. when people age, does the white part of the eyes changes colour ? is it possible that the bumps will go away ?
