I've been on hemp hearts and swear by them they are amazing. Since taking them I have lowered my cholesterol - lowered my triglycerides -lowered my blood pressure - and my involuntary throat contractions have more or less ceased. I would highly recommend this product! All of this without any chemically alterted meds that a doctor would prescribe!
