im really thin i weigh 135 and i'm 6 foot 1 but on my groin area i can feel alot of lymph nodes they don't hurt at all but i can feel all of them as i go down. they are kind of hard but not too hard. also i can feel the two lymph nodes in my neck and they are hard also but they don't hurt at all their just a little more noticeable. can anyone tell me what this could be if anything at all?
