I am 20 years old. I am having occasional sharp pains on the right side of my scrotum, not my testicle. The pains seem to be triggered by movement, even as slight as shifting in my seat. The pains are similar to the sensation of pulling a pubic hair out, though no hair is actually being pulled. I must also mention that I've been doing a lot of stretching and dancing lately, as I am in a musical.
