recent blood test showed low alk phos ( 38 ) high ast ( sgot ) ( 72 ) what does it mean ?

Had hernia surgery last Dec. 2009 and with limited excersize I was up to 215 lbs.  5' 10"

Since May with excersize and diet Nutri-System I lost 30 lbs ( 185 )

All others levels normal and I feel as good as ever. ( 46 Years old )
