reason for pain inthe chest while coughing?

i am 35 yr old ,before 1 month i had a routine check up for cholosterol(non fasting) result was cholesterol 195,tryglycerides 225.now i used to play tennis for 1/2 an hour .i didnt felt any trouble.but while coughing my right side chest is paining what will be the reason for that?
