this rash seems to be appeared after i took bath in a lake 5 months ago.my rash looks like pinkish colour intially and will turn into brown colour when matured.skin seems to be loosen as if the flesh was eaten away under it as a small grooves with small depth.it is quickly spreading on my thys,shoulder ..i used ketacozole creams but seems not much use. brownish rash doesn't have itching. a dermatologist said that it is hereditary disease and can't be cured.he also says it might be due to fat.please suggest me.....
