i had a cyst in left testicle and i got operated 3 days ago , now i am  
 worried because left testi is swellen like 4 times bigger than before .. i  
 dont know what it is .. so plzz tell me is it just a swallen after operation  
 or is it a cyst again ?? m 19 yrz old and i smoke .. plxx do reply me .. i  
 heard of cancer in testis so im worried .. plzz answer me ! take care ... :)
