Maybe irritation from when your thighs would rub together. Especially when they are wet or in jeans! Try using a moisturizing lotion along with baby powder to keep from getting friction!

I have bumps on my inner thigh(not on the penis) and 1 on my scrotum that have been there 4 about 3 weeks but they dont burn or itch.its about 25 of them but they havent busted and turned to sores and healed indicating that im infected with herpes.Is there any other kind of condition this could be besides herpes? I can post a pic to show em
