There is currently not a medical test for male genital warts. You can only find out you have genital warts from a doctor's observation.
The warts or white pimples could be pearly penile papules which are common, harmless, and not sexually transmitted. Although their cause is not known, pearly penile papules seem to be more common in uncircumcised men. These papules are frequently misdiagnosed as genital warts.
Might be a good idea to go to a differant doctor for a second opinion.

Was diagnosed with genital warts about 3 weeks ago because of rash that developed on the penis head, almost like little red pimples. I went to see the DR and she confirmed genital warts because she saw white pimples arround the base of the head. I am un circumsised and funny thing is that I told the Dr that I have always had those little white palpules even before the sexual escapades. She said impossible and put me on Condyline to dissolve the warts and started to apply the drops all around the base of the head where the white little palpules where. After 3 days of applications had to stop treatment because the penis head was completely burnt raw. Burtn and painful. I was wondering if there is any test that I could get to detirmine if indeed I am wart free and was just mis diagnosed. The sexual partner confirms that there is no genital warts on their part, any info would be greatly valued.
