Could be you injuried a muscle or ligament in you right shoulder or upper arm.
Could be due to exercise or even a improper sleeping position of that area.
Try putting ice on the area of most pain until you see a doctor.

My right arm feels like the circulation in it is less. My shoulder and arm ache and my right hand is colder than my left. The grip seems the same in both hands. When I cough my entire shoulder aches and the outside of my upper right arm. Could this be muscile pain due to excercise. My whole right arm has the feeling as if I have thrown my arm out like throwing a baseball too hard and far. This is he second day of the symptom.
