pain inside of left calf (not charlie horse)and my skin behind my knee has burning sensation going on for 3-4 days

goes away when laying down.

I have had this have twice before but it went away within day or so

it is worse when sitting at work or walking i do sit in tall chair at work and do have lower back pain when this has happened
