my testicular itch daily, they itch so bad when i scratch them i cut them. what do i do to prevent this?

You can try some over the counter anti-itching creams or 1% hydrocortisone cream or vaseline to see if that helps. Make sure you don't itch the affected area as it may lead to infection.

my testicular is infected with fungus: rough white areas with itching

medications: mycoheal cream have no effect

Itracinazole 100 mg two times daily, after 5 days no clear effect "still under treatment"

please advice me if there are any other medications that could help better

You can try some Hydrocortisone cream, lotrimin cream, or rub on  Vitamin E cream.
