my partner has numbness on the top of his left foot and leg up to the knee also he has little purple veins on his leg and its al

he has purple little veins on his left leg also its cold to the touch he had this for 6 months now and i think the same thing is starting on the right leg as the same purple vein are appearing on his right leg im worried because no doctor we have seen has been able to tell us what it is
