He noticed it a day or two after he started tanning in a tanning bed. Would that have any effect? He thinks he remembers this happening once before when he got burned in the sun one summer. He is having some allergy issues right now also. Just concerned. He thinks the swelling is going down though and he says it is only painful when touched or pushed on.
