my husband has a painless lump in his public area above and to the right of the penis. It is more of a swelling and has gotten

it is soft and spongy and does not hurt if I push on it but you can see it and as I said it is more of a swelling than a lump.  It is about 3-4 inches long and kind of oval in shape - puffy almost rather than lumpy.  It does not bother him at all.
