My head hurts behind the eyes. My eyes hurt when I look from the side to side and their blood shot. I have a fever of 101.3F.???

I don't have any other symptoms besides occasional dizziness and lightheaded feelings. The fever has lasted two days straight now and has only gone down last night to 99.4F, then it went back to 101.3F this morning. I have been staying inside for the past week before I had any symptoms only to go outside for minutes at a time.  Do you know what I have?
