Mild Burning on Penis Head and a Black Patch

Posted by rocky621

While trying to stretch my foreskin, I tried inserting a Normal wet tissue paper ball inside my foreskin so that the foreskin gets stretched. However looks like the tissue paper scratched aganist the Penis Head and though I removed the tissue paper within just 2 mins, I see a black patch near the tip of penis head with very mild burning sensation. What is this? How can I get rid of this? I know this is mild so dont want to go to the doctor.

Wuld it be a good idea to use hydrocortisone 1%?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mild burning sensation on the penis head is a sign of infection.

You can use some hydrocortisone 1% for the infection but, you should see a doctor for a correct diagnosis.
