Lower left abdominal pain

Lower left abdominal pain, when lay down the pain starts to come and when i cough i can also feel it, but once i sit up it seems to go away and even when i cough after sitting up i cant feel it.

 

I was in hospital on friday due to a bad reaction to Ecstacy and was drinking on weekend as well.

Could be an hernia, diverticulitis, irritable bowel syndrome, kidney stones, muscle or ligament injury, inflammation or infection in the groin area.
