Your symptoms are of Prostatitis of the Prostate gland and other
infection conditions.
In general, one of the Prostatitis symptoms include cramp pain in the lower abdominal area after ejaculations (passing orgasm).
If ejaculation is too painful, you may consider abstaining from sexual activity until your prostatitis symptoms improve. Also, if prostatitis is due to a sexually transmitted infection, you should avoid sex until treatment is completed to avoid transmission to your partner.
The symptoms of prostatitis are similar to many other diseases affecting the urinary tract and the male sexual organs. Many of these can have serious consequences if left untreated, and they usually affect your everyday life and general well-being. See your doctor to get an accurate diagnosis and prompt, appropriate treatment.
