However, most of them do not realize that amidst the partying hard they are inviting serious problems for their health by consuming enough of calories in the alcohol. Still hanging around with friends at various pubs and bars can be possible without doing much on the diet downer side. This can be done with the help of proper planning by having drinks based on low calories. The following are the few choices which you can try to avoid any kind of diet disaster in your life:

The Low calorie beer: Beer is often considered to be the most dreaded choice since it causes a great weight on your body. An average bear contains 150 calories per bottle which usually ends up by 126 calories when served. So the best one is to try choosing the light beer, which does not hamper your nutrition-plan rather than trying the hard ones. You will find them as a viable option since they promise you low calories which are being available in the pre portioned bottles. However, you need to be conscious while ordering the bear, do not just keep having them to feel the buzz, instead have it in limit before you raise the calories level with them. The best choice therefore can be having Pabst Extra light low alcohol and the Molson Light.

The Low calorie wine: Wine can be a great choice among all the alcohol based choices. It simply contains 100 calories a glass and can be reasonable to your nutrition to a great extent. It can also help you avert the risk for various serious medical ailments like heart disease, even some cancers and strokes. However, if you have them with glass filled up to the brim you are likely to create problems for yourself since one glass is equivalent to 5 ounces which is about one third of any glass of typical wine. The best choice can be trying White Zinfandel which is considered to be the safest along with Chablis.

The Low calorie liquor: These never come with any information on their bottle hence they are difficult to choose when comes to counting on the calories. However, the portion of calories is simply related to the ingredients used to make it. So while considering a wine with lower calories the best way is to select the one being made by low calories based ingredients. Or you can try a number of cocktails with proper mix and match, but make sure to avoid going crazy at the end. So the perfect choices for cocktails can be Bloody Mary, Manhattan or highball along with others like Mojito and Moscow Mule.

When you are counting on calories it’s important to go with a safer option as discussed above in the article. Remember one gram of alcohol has around 7 calories which is more than one gram of protein or carbohydrate. So at the end you need to remember only one thing learn drinking in a smart way. Everything is under control if you commit to go with a moderate approach. So drink smart to avoid any kind of nasty hangover and other health risks.
