box40_truvia_single We’re always looking for ways to cut calories and for a lot of people it’s cutting sugars. Some drink Diet soft drinks while others sweeten their coffee with Sweet’N Low. No matter what you use, there is always someone over your shoulder telling that it’s not good for you. So is there a truly safe sugar alternative? Mark’s Daily Apple goes in the detail on Truvia, a sweetener made from the Stevia Leaf, sometimes referred to as “Sweet leaf”, and not the kind Ozzy Osbourne sings about in the Black Sabbath song of the same name.
