Often times a man will sweat an unusual amount around butt and his anus, causing multiple stress blisters. Appearing as white bumps, mimicking white heads, or in extreme conditions may even resemble anal warts. In any case, you should double check with your doctor and not take any of these answers to be fact or a good diagnoses, as this could lead to serious problems.
In the meantime you could wash the area, dry good and leave a small piece of toilet paper between the buttocks to keep the area dry.

I have two large whitish bumps right on the outside of my butt crack one on each cheek it seems with a reddish area around it was curious if its anything serious and whether i should see a doctor about it or if its normal as of right now there is no pain..just noticed these today but they are fairly large
