I am a 34 year old male who had asthma when i was a pre- teen but have not had symptoms since. In the last 2 or 3 months i have noticed a slight wheezing on exhalation. I am former smoker (I know, stipid since i had asthma) and have been smoke free for 9 months. I am wondering if i should seek medical attention for this wheezing ? also, it feels tight down in the lower lungs and i know there is fluid in there yet i am unbale to cough it out.
