morning: calcium - 0PC-3 - multivitamin


X workout-cardio X

flaxseed oil - lunch

Protien Shake w/ Glutamine

lift weights (sparingly) NO-Xplode or Nanovapor w/ TBomb 2

fishoil - dinner

            I have arrhythmia and bradycardia (slow heart beats with an irregular heartbeat as it is. I am trying to figure out if this is safe to mix these all together. I also use differant nasal sprays and skin creams for my scalp and skin but I think that is irrelevant (I hope:) But these vitamins taken daily - are they dangerous to mix????
