is there any corrective treatment for a 29yr old whose left foot turns in because he was diagnosed with slight cerable palsey ag

Posted by very concerned mum

my son had difficulties at birth and had to have oxygen. At the age of five we were told either during or after delivery he was slighty damaged they said he was a left plastaplegic but after countless physiotherapist treatment she stated as far as she could see he was only affected from just below his knee and his left foot turns in.My son is very self conchious about this although none of us make a big deal about it.I know from what various things have been said over the years it is a big big issue with him,but doesnt talk to us ,his parents about it.He once said to some one he wishes he could have his foot amputated, whilst it doesn,t cause him any pain physically i know emothionally he feels distraught. Is there anything that could be done for him?
