A condition, for example, Balanitis, is an inflammatory condition of the penis which may
present with redness and rash, often occurs in uncircumcised foreskin males and may be caused by a fungal origin.
I would strongly suggest that rather than attempting treatment without a diagnosis that you have your physician exam for an evaluation so that a proper diagnosis and treatment can be initiated.

My son is not Circumcised and has what looks like a heat rash on his penis where the four skin covers his penis.
