It sounds to me like "Jock itch" if you google this and find some pictures perhaps you could compare them to your rash and see if that is what you have?
If it is you can use over the counter anti-fungal Athletes foot cream for this.
Or could be any number of differant infections, bad hygiene, or a allergic reaction to what you are wearing in that area. It's best to see a doctor for sure.

hi iam an 18 yr old male. i have this kind of rash in my inner thigh and groin area. they are dark red small spot and are quiet sore at times. they can become itchy and uncomfortable depending if rbbed againstor from time to time. what is it??
