While lifting with arm fully extended, I felt several small pops in my lower bicep with sharp pain. Now when I compare my arms the bottom portion of the injured arm is more squared off instead of rounded like the non-injured. Arm hurts when extended straight out or twisting away from body at 90 degrees. as long as I keep it close to body and across chest no pain. also feel like hand is slightly swollen. Have been taking motrin for any swelling, what should I do?
