Your symptoms are of the following:
* Enlarged lymph glands in the crotch area
* Hernia (usually a soft, large bulge in the crotch on one or both sides)
* Infection
* Injury trauma to the groin area
* Sexually transmitted disease (STD)
* Cancer
* Drug reaction
If the buldges are round, rubbery feeling and mobile when you palpate them,
they are most likely lymph nodes which may or may not appear bilaterally. Sometimes they can be painful to the touch however usually not until they have doubled or tripled in size. The dime size lymph nodes may have become inflamed, usually due to infection.
Check and see if they get larger or bulge more when you bear down. If that's the case you likely may have a ventral hernia.
I would recommend that you be evaluated by a doctor for a correct diagnosis.

In my right upper crotch area I have about 2 buldges in the skin. Like little golf balls about the size of a dime. They don't hurt unless I apply pressure. I remember first having them years back, but they have come and gone. Any idea what this might be? Thank you.
