Iam suffering from ulcer & there is burning sensation in my anus during the time of passing stole

 one year before i under go endoscopy they told me iam suffering from ulcer iam iam under medication and from that time iam having stomache ache & buring sensation during the time of stool and i feel like some wound in the annus i show to piles specialist they say iam not suffering from piles i applied lots of cream but it doesnt work i got some relief and after few days it will appear again i have lost lot of weight and not taking any non veg. iam taking only vegetables please  suggest how long i will suffer with this and when i will be cure iam fed up with this ulcer please----- tel me what is this ulcer they say iam having deodeum ulcer
