I suddenly experienced a sharp stabbing pain in great toe, sometimes in my fingers also and slight cramps in my forearm.

 I am experiencing these sharp stabbing pains and cramps all over at times. The one in my left great toe occured in a pulsating way. It occurs mostly when i am sitting or lying.
