I saw that in the back of my tongue, there were some little and big bumps. Could this be herpes?

I had a sore throat so i looked and i saw some bumps. If this is herpes, is it safe to have oral sex with my partner?

Bumps on the tongue can be caused by allergic reactions, oral herpes simplex virus infection, canker sores, tuberculosis, bacterial infections, or early-stage syphilis. Sores can also be caused by allergies or other immune system disorders.

You should seek the advice of a doctor about the tongue bumps.
