The problem may be do to a large epididymal cyst.
Epididymal cysts do not typically lead to anything more serious but they do tend to grow and enlarge. If they should rupture, there would be very significant inflammation of the testicle.
When or if the cysts bother you enough, have them removed.
Since you do have pain, it's best to see a doctor to positively diagnose the problem.

I have had a larger epididemus on my right teste since I was young, but within the past couple of months it has been hurting when I run, and it has grown a litle bit. It shrinks when I lie down, and theres a small movable lump on it. I don't know what to do, should I go to a doctor?
