I'm a 36 year old male that has noticed an oval shaped lump, going left to right just above my right hip bone under the skin. There is no pain involved, yet, and I'm curious if this could be a tumor? I did have a very strnuous workout doing crunches just before I noticed it; could it just be a muscle that is swelling or stressed?
