You might try Talcum powder which is in the family of magnesium silicates. Used in a powdered form, talc is highly absorbent and helps cut down on friction on the skin that may cause irritation.

Calamine lotion can be used if your skin feels sore and irritated. It will help cool and soothe your skin. You can buy it at most pharmacies.

Hydrocortisone cream can be used if your rash feels particularly itchy and irritated. You can buy low-strength hydrocortisone cream from your local pharmacy. Follow the instructions on the packet

Treatment may be dependant on cause. If this rash is in the groin (the folds of the skin) it may be due to costant wetness. In that case use powder and hydrocortisone. If it is down on the dry areas of skin, use lubricants and hydrocortisone. Try to avoid rubing and scratching. Wear loose clothing. Set in front of a fan and let it blow over your bare skin.
