I have ringing in my ears all the time , but even more pulsating when I am walking Why?

I have had ringing in my ears for years, but now I have it more when I am walking

I just got out of hospital with all kinds of tests mri.chest exray. cat scan . This happoened after I fell flat on my side after feeling loke I had a shock to the left side of my head

I am also seeing double sinse then, Why
