since last three years i am suffering from slip disc, pain is not too much but right foot has become weak and i can not stand on my right toe, when i walk too much my entire foot starts paining and i can not walk normally. due to this problem now my left knee is getting effected and it is also pains when i climb staircases. no one is suggesting operation, what should i do?
