I have noticed that i have a small wound inside my penis and i usually have little puss which comes from my penis.

I have noticed that i have a wound inside  my penis and i usaully have small quantity of puss that comes out of my penis every day it lasted for now 8 months i never used any madication but i do not have difficulty in urinating what could this be?

I also develop rushes on my penis when i have unprotected sex it is painless may be little iching what could be the problem?
