I have tried anti-fungal solutions which only gave me some relief from the itching.
My primary MD. GAVE ME AN ORAL ANTI FUNGAL MEDICATION THAT DID NOTHING.
I also have a skin rash that seem to become active during hot humid summer months. this rash was not affected by the anti-fungal medication.
The scrotum itch at times is intense.
