I have a tiny tiny pimple on my right testicle and a similar thing on the epididymis too what is this ?

Hi there quite a while ago i noticed a tiny tiny pimple on my right testicle located just below the epididymis, its like a spot maybe smaller and there seems to be a similar sized pimple like thing on my epididymis too. There is no pain and no swelling. Do you know what this could be ?
