I have a swollen area on the left side of my penis. It is not discolored, it does not hurt in any way, and the swolen area can really only be noticed when not erect. I dont know if it is a fluid build up or what it could possibly be. I am stressing out over the issue and would really appreciate some help with this. I am 22 and i am sexually active but always safe. Once more, it is about the size of a nickle, no pain, it seems like there is just this area of built up skin in a way. Is not hard or any different than the rest of my penis, it just seems like this random area just swelled up a little. I noticed it yesterday when i went to the restroom and it has not gone away yet. Thank you for any help you can offer me.
