The small white sore that hurts to touch may be a sore that became infected because of itching the area.
The sore on your scrutum probably started out as a Sebaceous gland cyst that arise around the sites of hair follicles. But, itching it may have cause it to get infected. or poor hygene and irritation causes scrotum itching.
Try one of these Anti-itch creams and lotions: Look for over-the-counter (OTC) remedies with these ingredients:
* camphor,
* menthol,
* phenol,
* pramoxine,
* diphenhydramine, and
* benzocaine (or one of the other "caine" anesthetics).
You should seek the advice of a doctor about your sore.

Ok, at first it started out as a small red place that was very itchy with a hole in the center of it. I thought it might be a chigger bite because I get them so often and it looked just like one. So I put some Chiggeze on it and it has since then turned into a small white sore that hurts to touch or rub it and is still itchy around it. There is only one spot so i know it's not anything sexually transmitted or anything like that. Any advice to this problem would be highly appreciated.
