The skin near and around my genetals is slowly turning red. It's not raised but flat like the rest of my skin. The discolored area does not itch or seem to affect me in any way. I have not been on any nude beaches so that area has not seen the light of day. What could be the problem? Could it be a STD? I am having sex but it has been with the same partner since I noticed it.
