I have a purple/red spot on my penis

Hi i noticed this morning that at the bottom of my penis i have a red/purple spot and its red around it.
its got like a shiny top to it and its a little sore when i touch it

im still a virgin aswell so ?

i just wondered if you had any ideas ??
