I have a infection in my gland on the right side of my face on my check near my ear lobe.

I have had a cat scan and biopsy. I do not have cancer. I do have a big infection in that area with a bump on the side of my face. Currently I'am on clindamycin hcl 300 mg 4 times a day. I have been on it for a week. the swollen has gone down just a bit. I'am concern.
