A boil is an inflamed, pus-filled swelling usually caused by an infected hair follicle (a follicle is the root of a hair). Any hair follicle can become infected, such as on the scrotum and bum.
Often, several or many boils may develop together. This is known as folliculitis.
Do not pinch them as this may cause infection.
The boils usually pose no problem unless they become large or infected and should be ONLY opened/drained by a physician.
Make sure you dry this area thoroughly after each shower, washing the area with an anti-bacterial soap when showering; apply hydrocortisone cream to the area until boils are gone - all will help

I have this boil on my scrotum and bum,its been keeping me uncomfortable.And when i burst it i see puss and blood.Please what do i do thanks
