i have 2 question 1 i have a lump growing by my left testicle and it hurts 2 i been married 4years and no kids yet could this lump stoping my sperm of growing and thats why my wife ant geting preg iam 25 years old i am worried and scared if i cant get back on plz email me @    cooltomm@yahoo.com  but its not on the testicle more like the side of it not on so what can i do to fix it and will i ever be able to have kids
