I feel a warmth in my neck and it feels like my nodes are swollen. I feel hot but when I check my temperature it's normal. Also

Before I go to a physician I am going to have a complete STD testing done. I don't understand what this is but I have never felt this way before. I feel hot but my temperature rarely ever surpasses 98.6.

I've had a scare with HIV recently and now have this fear in my head all the time even though I always practice safe sex.
